Jorge Villela

Jorge Villela is currently the School Leader at KIPP Academy of Innovation and has previously served as the Assistant School Leader (ASL). Jorge joined KIPP SoCal in 2023 as a School Leader Fellow at KIPP LA Prep. Before joining KIPP SoCal, Jorge was a founding ASL in KIPP Texas, helping found KIPP Connect High School from 2020 to 2023. Jorge has also been a Math teacher, SpEd teacher, and a testing coordinator before becoming an administrator. Jorge has been in education for 10-plus years. Jorge has his undergraduate degree in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master's in Educational Leadership from Liberty University.
