The School Leader Fellow Program (SLFP) is an exciting opportunity for current instructional leaders to apply to be part of a rigorous one year leadership development program to prepare to serve as a school leader at KIPP SoCal Public Schools. The SLFP is a research-based program aimed at preparing aspiring school leaders in the adaptive and technical skills to lead a KIPP SoCal school as either a successor or founding school leader.
