KIPP Through College
We provide KIPP students and alumni with individualized support and guide them throughout their academic careers and beyond, in order to ensure they can have choice-filled lives. Our inclusive approach and strong relationships facilitate our ability to provide access and resources and ultimately empower ours tudents to be self-advocates and leaders in their communities.
Operations & Finance
We create systems and resources for our school team-members, so they can focus on our students and their learning. We ensure fostering a safe and welcoming school environment by working in close partnership with our Team & Familly.

We attract, select, hire, develop, engage, support, and retain high quality, diverse team members who make KIPP SoCal’s vision a reality.
Academics
We create and lead excellent schools in collaboration with families, communities and team members by applying a holistic approach to the social-emotional and educational growth of all students. We drive equitable and inclusive practices, school health, and develop our leaders so all students succeed.
Data & Technology
We empower team members and stakeholders to efficiently collect, manage, access, and utilize accurate data to make decisions and drive action in the best interest of each student. We provide reliable technical support and create environments for every student to excel.
External Impact
We amplify and guide the overall story of KIPP SoCal, and build long-term partnerships where stakeholders can actively participate in issues affecting the communities we serve.
