Certification Differentials
- We offer additional differentials for teachers who join our organization with master’s degrees, advanced special education credentials, and National Board Certification up to $6K.
Referral Bonus
- We believe that great teachers recruit great teachers. Submit a contact that leads to their hire, and you will receive a bonus up to $1K depending on the role. No limit.
