Boyle Heights — More than 50 students, families, faculty, and staff from three KIPP SoCal Public Schools in Boyle Heights participated in the 2nd Annual Beautify Boyle Heights community clean-up on Saturday morning. Volunteers from KIPP Promesa Prep and KIPP Endeavor College Prep, both located on Soto Street, joined with participants from nearby KIPP LA Prep on Whittier Boulevard. They were also joined by student volunteers from Ednovate charter school network campuses in East L.A., as well as neighboring ULEW Coffee.
