Christine is a San Diego native and daughter of Egyptian immigrants. She began her education career in 2009, student teaching locally before earning her degree from SDSU and joining Teach For America in Dallas. There, she taught science, earned a Master's in Urban Educational Leadership, and served over six years in school leadership as assistant principal and principal. She leads with a core belief: we lead best when we lead with love and intention, creating spaces where every student is seen and every teacher is valued. Now back home in San Diego, she's excited to partner with KIPP's community to build joyful, academically excellent schools.
