Sean Healey

Sean is a results-driven systems leader with over a decade of experience in public education, including as a founding teacher, principal, and most recently, Director of Strategy & Operations for Uncommon Schools’ high school curriculum team. As principal of Uncommon Prep High School, Sean led his team to outstanding student outcomes, including AP pass rates nearly triple the national average and SAT readiness results well above national benchmarks. He excels at building strong, equity-driven teams and implementing instructional systems that produce both academic excellence and inclusive school culture. Sean has led network-wide initiatives to support assessment strategy, digital SAT readiness, and grading alignment across multiple regions. A proud alum of the Relay National Principal Academy Fellowship and the All Means All Inclusive School Leadership Program, Sean brings deep expertise in leadership coaching, data-driven decision-making, and culturally responsive practice.
