Liliana Alarid Sandoval

Liliana Alarid is the School Leader at KIPP Promesa Prep. She joined the Promesa team in 2016 as a Kindergarten teacher and went on to teach third and fourth grade before joining the leadership team as Dean and Assistant School Leader. Liliana is the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants, she was born and raised in the SouthEast LA communities of Bell and Maywood. She has a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Cal State LA and a master's degree in School Administration from Loyola Marymount University. Her purpose in leading is to ensure every student attends a school where they are loved, supported, and cared for by every adult in the building. When she’s not leading at KPP, she’s spending time with her family, her husband Raul, and baby boy Leonardo.
