School Operations
We lead the non-instructional functions of our schools by creating smooth systems and procedures so our instructional staff can solely focus on our students and their learning. We partner with our families and communities to foster a safe and welcoming school environment where learning can thrive.
After-School Program
We provide academic and enrichment activities that allow our students to be physically active and stimulate their innate curiosity. We are committed to creating passionate college-bound leaders beyond the classroom.
Student Services
Over the last 15 years, KIPP SoCal has grown steadily to meet the needs of all of our students. KIPP SoCal's Student Services Team, which includes special education and mental health & support services, began as a team of six and has since grown to include 133 individuals dedicated to providing individualized support that responds to our communities' realities so that all students thrive in school and in life.
Instructional Support
We provide our teachers and schools with additional instructional support to ensure students are succesful and engaged in their learning. Many of our schools are staffed with in-house substitutes, instructional assistants, and special education assistants who support both in and out of the classroom.
Salary Scale
Our transparent and public salary scale rewards team members for their time working at KIPP SoCal and provides greater increases in compensation at pivotal milestones in their careers.
