Libby Gronquist

Elizabeth “Libby” Gronquist is the School Leader at KIPP Philosophers Academy. Prior to becoming School Leader, she was an Assistant School Leader, Dean and School Leader Fellow at KIPP Scholar Academy. She began her career with KIPP in Houston, as an eighth-grade teacher at KIPP Liberation College Prep, before transitioning to the west coast as a founding fifth-grade teacher at KIPP Sol Academy. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Skidmore College and a Masters in Educational Leadership and Management from Harvard University.
