Tiffany Moore

School Leader, KIPP Scholar Academy

Tiffany Moore is the Founding School Leader of KIPP Scholar Academy (KSA) in South Los Angeles. With over 15 years of leadership development experience in the education field, Tiffany’s commitment to equitable education has resulted in KSA being named a “Best School” in the nation by the U.S. News and World Report and an Innovate Top L.A. County Public School, two years in a row.  

Prior to establishing KSA, Tiffany has worked as an English Language Learner Intervention Specialist, ESL Department Chair, a classroom teacher, and a step team coach in the communities of Boyle Heights and Los Angeles, CA. In her spare time, Tiffany mentors and develops over 50 Teach For America principals across Southern California, and serves on Lyft's City Works Council to support transportation access. 

Tiffany received a Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Studies with a minor in History from Azusa Pacific University — where she was awarded the 2017 Distinguished Alumni of the Year — and has earned her Master’s in Secondary Education from Loyola Marymount University, as well as a second Master’s in Educational Administration from National Louis University.
